Welcome back Pam. Glad you made the decision to do what is best for you. BTW, The outdoor yard work is exercise. So, don't knock it.
I did my fitness test Sat for P90X. I passed all the areas except abs....of course and the jumping jacks about killed me at the end. Who knew that would be so tough. Embarrassing. But now the work begins.
I decided to start the Lean workout tomorrrow. Teresa is going to try the videos too. The plan is we will start the same day. I don't want to miss out at the gym so I'm going to do my cardio there a few times a week.Plus I need to start running. I'll miss body pump, though. But it's only temporarily. Mark started today. It was easy for him (so far). He is doing the Classic workout. Lean is for weight loss, that's why I chose that one.
I had a great weekend. I hope everyone else did, too! I will keep blogging my experience with the videos and hope to hear about your progress too.

Jason and I started our half marathon training yesterday. I have put all the workouts on my iphone calendar, so now they are in front of me all day and I have to do them :-). Jason started the training with me, so that is good motivation , I'm a bit competitive! Good luck with P90X!!
