So I did the first disc on P90X. All I can say is bluck! I only made it for 45 minutes and almost puked. First lesson: don't eat before hand. But I will continue in hopes to build up my endurance for the program and get stronger. Happy monday! Stay dry!
woo hoo! fantastic! i'm proud of you guys. and yeah, if you don't eat before, you will like it better. :o) plyo is the killer, but kinda fun at the same time. sick fun, but fun.
ReplyDeletehaven't worked out since friday, cept i did walk up and down the stairs 80 million times( you call that the housekeeper's work out right? laundry, ugh!)
by the way, remember what he says, just keep pressing play, just show up. getting through the whole cd will take a little time. still not making it all the way through, doin all the reps over here at the smith house, but we are keeping on keeping on. so far the arms are my really weak zone, but i'm not surprised.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, ladies! Again, it's no P90X, but I did about 25 minutes of yoga today and about 50 crunches. Still hoping jury duty gets cancelled for tomorrow and it's not raining so I can join you for the CP loop.
