P90X has arrived!

And it looks HARD! I watched a few videos last night to see what was in store for me. Oh boy! Looks tough. I still have to figure out how to balance the program with the gym with running. Cloie, sounds like you do it w. running. I may need some tips! My thoughts are to do the program and use the gym for cardio with some outdoor runs.

Jen, glad you're back! Keep up the work. You will make your goal in may! Commit! Pam is busy w. school but I still want to bug her.....it sounds stressful which is even more reason to 'give yourself 30 minutes a day'. I think a group email is in order;)

Teresa and I are doing STRIVE today. I am so sore from squats and our walk that body pump doesn't sound appealing today. Plus the class is getting crazy crowded! Tomorrow is another cardio day. Then hopefully Saturday is the begining of toning this cupcake into a little better shape!

  2. Okay... so it's no P90X, but I did get outside and rake and scoop up leaves for AT LEAST 30 minutes just a bit ago. Probably more like 45 - 60. I did not get in my 30 minutes last night. Who knew we wouldn't get home from a Cub Scout Pinewood Derby until after 9pm? I quit my job at CMS, so unless something comes up for Wednesday, I'm in for the CP thing. Oh, damn! I just remembered I'm supposed to have jury dut on Wednesday. Well... maybe it'll get cancelled like it did this past week.
