Do you ever feel like a hamster on a wheel with working out? I sure do.
I survived yesterdays workout with NO PUKING. Good, right? I did 5 minutes longer than last week. There are still a few moves that seem impossible at this point. But I keep spinning on my wheel in hopes of reaching the nut!
Today is a cardio day. But first I have brunch w. my Mimosa Moms. No drinking, just eating. So a workout will feel good, I am sure.
Tomorrow is still a Central Park walk day. Let me know if you can come. 915 by Toys R Us. Then I will run home and do my video.
I'm worried I haven't started running yet..... I don't have long to start training. Have a wonderful and sweaty day!

ReplyDeleteYou were right in your post the other day. Allergies SUCK. I woke up at 2am coughing like crazy. That lasted 'til 3am when the cough medicine and allergy pill I took presumably set in. Walking upstairs starts me coughing again. Don't think today is going to be a workout day for me. ;-<
Not walking tomorrow in CP... I'm subbing at Chancellor Middle. Hoping walking upstairs isn't a major feat for me tomorrow. I'd like to walk after work.
