No workout for me today! Just work and play. But it' a new week! No excuses and commit, commit, commit!
Exercise: My goal for the week is body pump 2 days, strive 1 day and cardio 2/3 days. I haven't checked the forecast but I'm hoping for a nice day for an outdoor run/walk. Hope to see you at the gym!
I've been doing daily burn and it appears my weakness is carbs. I want to work on that too this week.
Haven't heard from Pam and Jen lately......what's going on with your diets/exercise?

just checked the forecast......60's is FABULOUS! Wednesday morning may have to be the Central Park Loop for those that are interested! It's a good jaunt!
