Central Park Loop
Teresa and I did the CP Loop today. I forgot how much I enjoyed that walk. It felt great to get outside again. I think I will make Wednesdays my official 'be outside and walk/run in CP'. So, anyone that can make it we would love for you to come. Today we went from 930 til about 1050. We are working back up to that 2 hour mark! Have a sweaty day! Work tonight and body pump tomorrow! missed it. couldn't get out there till later and would have had to leave earlier, forgot about wednesday being my preschool afterschool volunteer day. did the church to the library and back though, so I guess i was near you walking....:o).
