Simplify
Ok my friends, we have all decided to push ourselves beyond the norm this year with fitness. The texting and facebooking encouragement helps. But I have decided a blog could be a good meeting place for all of us to share our words of encouragement and helpful hints! So here it is! Please share this with other friends who need daily motivation like us! Keep up the running, climbing, classes and healthy lifestyles! We can do this! I will post my daily workouts and hope to hear about yours!

Today I hit the gym and felt good. I did a 10 minute warmup on the treadmill. Then a 1 hour Body Pump class (weight training). Then a 10 minute cool down on the eliptical. I was sore when I got home so I took a nice long muscle bath to reduce muscle soreness.
ReplyDelete30 minutes on elliptical today. 2nd time this week for 30 minutes. 3rd time on the elliptical this week. Also did 20 sit-ups.

ReplyDeletealright, for me, ran 40 min downtown streets. stretched for 10 min. liking this ladies. thanks for your dedication.
Just finished 30 minutes on the elliptical. May do yoga after the kids get on the bus. No... I'm not normally this energetic in the a.m. Kids woke me up at 5:30 to see if they had a snow day...

Yesterday I did not exercise, BUT I kept within my 1200 calories, YAYA!! Don't laugh, I'm an instant gratification type of person, and can usually talk myself into giving in, not this time..WOOHOO!! Am going out to dinner tonight, but plan to go to the gym while Jason is at Flag Football, hopefully being held accountable here will help get my butt there :)

ReplyDelete1200 Calories is a HUGE thing Jen!! I hope to start calorie counting next week. We are going to dinner tonite too, so I need to get to the gym. I will look for your workout posts on todays blog later today. If I don't see them, I will send my kids to all our your houses! LOL!
