Well, today AND tomorrow will be rest days. I was in bed sick today and have plans tomorrow. I hope you all have a better end to your week then I will. But that means I have to do extra on Saturday! Hope everyone is healthy and happy today! Sniff, Sniff, sneeze, sneeze
hi! sorry you are down and out, Kathy. it's good to rest though. it's the best medicine. alright, i went to body pump today, ugh. it was hard, but a good class, i liked the new stretches. I ran on the treadmil afterward but could only go for about 15 min. i felt like i was running in mud. need to strengthen and lengthen my stride. gotta learn how to do that, but it may come as the p90x work out starts back up.
ReplyDeletehaven't changed my eating habits except that i try to have a protein shake in the morning. if i do manage to get that in, my lunch time hunger is so easy to soothe. otherwise, i'm crazy hungry whether I worked out or not. so the breakfast protein shake with a little fiber powder is making a difference in my energy and my bad food/big portion craving.
