I'm assuming that means that I have a lot of fat leaving right now. I'm sore today. So, I need to get motivated to get moving! I have my workout clothes on. Next I need to stretch and get my day started.
Body pump for me today! That's it! Oh, and try to eat right. I have not been calorie counting but have cut way back. Hope everyone has a great day! (yaaawwwnnnnn). Caffeine here I come!

**Sigh** I miss Body Pump. Stupid job, can't I be independently wealthy :) Have a good workout, I hope to be there tonight.

ReplyDeleteKathy - a good stretch will do wonders. What about yoga instead of body pump? Not as good for cardio but great for stretching. Just a suggestion... I know you're trying to change it up so your workouts don't become drudgery.
I just did 35 minutes on my elliptical. Took it easy, but still did 35 minutes. Tried to get a little more hip motion going to hopefully work on my waist a little.

Went light weight at body pump today. Didn't love the instructor and was still sore from the week. But I went and did 10 min warmup on eliptical. So, the weeks going well. Just 2 more days at the gym then a day of rest on Sunday (working).
Do they let you bring a guest to the gym with you 1 time? If they do, I'll be happy to go to a yoga class with you when you go for the 1st time so you're not making a fool of yourself by yourself. I'll be the one in the back innappropriately laughing outloud at what a clutz I am and disturbing the quiet "namaste" of the room. ;->
