With that said...... Time to get moving.

Went to the gym and did 45 min of cardio. Hope you all are having a great day!

  1. thinking i will get at least 3 miles in this weekend. kids are running the great train and each has their own time this year so I guess I will have to push them along since they won't have each other to keep company. :0) have a fantastic weekend!

  3. k, so less than one mile for today..... chuck fell and a little trampled, thanks to Kathy's husband I caught him in time to let him run the last 1/4 to get a medal! guess I'm glad I got a run in saturday morn. gonna try to dodge rain n run down town tomorrow. supposed to get cooler, so we can be outside and moving, right?

  5. 2.5 miles...on the treadmill, I snuck a work out in between conference calls, better then nothing!!
