Wow! Motivation is in the air!

It sounds like you all are on the move. I can't commit to the 1/2 until I start training for the 1/2 I already signed up for this September. But I will keep it in mind.

I went to the gym, finally, today. I did 1 hour cardio on 4 machines. (eliptical, treadmill, bike and stair climber). Had to mix it up a little. Hoping to run/walk tomorrow!

Keep me posted on your training so I can stay motivated. Especially w. the 1/2 marathon training!

  1. Jen, cool idea w. the before 40 goal. I passed that a few years ago and can't say 'before I'm 50'. It just doesn't sound natural!!!!

  2. LOL, I hear you...I about had a panic attack when I said 40...when did I get so OLD???

    WELL...I may be OLD, but I am now 7 pounds lighter then I was last week. YAY!!!

    I just burned 500 calories on the elliptical trainer, whew I'm tired now!!

  3. Kathy - I'm with you on the "before I'm 50" thing! I about had a heart attack last week when Mike said something about retiring in 10 - 15 years. We've lived in this house for 10 & we've known each other for 17. Crazy!
