Here we go....

Ok ladies, starting tomorrow we have 10 days to drop 2-4 lbs! I'm glad you're playing along! I skipped the gym today cuz I'm so sore from body pump yesterday! I loaded up for squats and back. The day before I did a butt/leg buster. So, today I'm going to just walk on the treadmill in the basement. I think we should all meet at the end of each month for a drink and encouragement! If anyone is interested, I'll host the first one! Stay warm. Here are some ball exercises while you're stuck at home:

If you don't have a ball you can do some of the following:

*pushups
*body squats
*pull ups
*steps up and down
*planks
*grab an old video and pop it in
*abs
*stretching

  2. Thanks! I'll take a look at those when I go to exercise tonight. Went to the dr. today to get an inhaler for my exercise-induced asthma. Maybe that'll help me push it a little more. Had an inhaler YEARS ago and since I wasn't really exercising, I quit using it.

  4. I didn't work out y'day :-<, but I did get on my elliptical this a.m. Haven't looked up those exercises yet, Kathy. Will do when I get back from my interview.

  5. did some pushups...just wanted to add that in....thinking about doin some sit ups. this weather is bringing my motivation to a stand still. I want to curl up and read my book. I'll log in if I do anything blog worthy. thanks for the ideas...
