Let Valentines Day be your next milestone. Two weeks away. Try to drop 2-4 lbs before the 14th. Challenge yourself. I figure a few small goals will lead to bigger ones. So, that's my goal for now.
We officially booked our hotel for the 1/2 marathon in Septemeber. I hope the weather lets up so I can get outside! Iwent to the gym today and did my 'butt buster' on the treadmill for 25 minutes, then biked a slow pace for 20 minutes and ended with 10 minutes on the stair climber. Hope you all had a sweaty day!

A bit of my cold is hanging on, so I didn't want to push it TOO hard, so I did an E-A-S-Y 35 minutes on my elliptical, then did 30 crunches. Hoping to up the effort level tomorrow as (hopefully) my cold disapates.
