Cloie! You keep me in line. Ok, didn't do much this weekend, but did go to the gym monday (hungover I might add) and did 45 min cardio. Today I did the five mile loop w. Teresa. Glad you all are moving a lot! Fri,Sat and Sun will be a wash.... busy w school and working all weekend. So, I guess tomorrow is a gym day!

Okay... I've not done as much as I'd like lately (does the 2 miles I walked downtown during the train race count?). But... I went for a walk this a.m. with the idea of trying to run some of it. I did run s-o-m-e of it (I mean a total of MAYBE 100 yards total), but, I forgot to S-T-R-E-T-C-H. So... my calf and shin muscles really tightened up and I wasn't able to run as much of it as I wanted.
ReplyDeleteTomorrow's my ankle surgery, so I dont' think I'll be doing much in the next few days, but looking forward to getting back to ralking.

Surgery went well. Hoping to get back in my gym shoes late next week.
